With over 36 years in the business, our Company can offer customers the benefit of our vast experience in Sign and Graphics manufacture. Saltwell Signs has dedicated teams working on site and nationwide to ensure our customers needs are met.
We pride ourselves in being the first sign company in the country to achieve BS5750 (now ISO 9001:2000), setting the standard for others to follow and constantly assuring that these standards are maintained.
As a progressive Company, we are constantly striving to improve our service and commitment, in turn ensuring all of our customers return to us again and again for all of their sign and digital/graphics requirements.
We are constantly involved on a day to day basis in many projects providing bespoke signage (Internal and External) to meet the requirements of our customers. We play a major part in raising the image and awareness of major high street retailers such as TJ Hughes, William Hill, Sky TV and The Original Factory Shop.

Built up Letters, Fascias & Illumination

Our fabrication factory is dedicated to producing high quality fabricated signs and individual built up letters from many substrates, including stainless steel, aluminium, timber and acrylics to a very high standard. This work is sometimes combined with neon and LED,s to create an impressive image.

The use of Neon and LED illumination in signage helps to create a bright vibrant sign which can be easily noticed and very prominent at night. The illumination can give a halo image or faced fixed to the sign or letters to be more visible and striking. With this type of signage the customer has maximum visibility at all times. Our teams of fully experienced fitters are available to install and maintain this type of signage throughout the UK.
Totem Signs
Totem signs are usually situated in a prominent position so they can be easily viewed by passing traffic. They can be used in conjunction with site maps and directional instructions to ensure visitors to site are fully aware of locations and some clients have used the Totum system to act as a corporate welcome to their premises.
Digital Print & Vinyl Graphics

The Anapurna flatbed printer is capable of producing top quality inkjet prints for outdoor and indoor applications using a wide range of both roll and rigid materials up to 50mm )){kind=small}
thick.
Our two Grenadiers, Versacam, Mimaki digital printers & the Anapurna Flat Bed printer have enabled us to offer a wider range of products including a unique vinyl product with anti-vandal capabilities which has been approved by Warrington Fire Research Establishment and conforms to Building Class O requirements. This product is widely used in railway stations, bus depots, airports etc.

Braille and Tactile
Our range of hard wearing photopolymer signs are the ideal solution for incorporating 
Braille and tactile lettering and graphics into any project. Informormation is clear and effective giving the visually impaired an easy sign to read. Braille and tactile lettering and graphics can be created simply and efficiently to conform to all current legislation. Products are designed with the environment in mind and processing has been designed around the use of normal tap water, making the manufacture of this unique material the most environmentally friendly process of it’s kind.
Engraving
With the Tornado Router machine, our engraving department is capable of producing 
work on extra wide material, enabling us to fulfill requests for signs that sometimes cannot be handled by many other sign manufacturers. Fascias can be manufactured using Acrylic, Aluminium, MDF, Brass, PVC, Polycarbonate, Stainless Steel and Timber.
Screen Printing

Screen printing is a cost effective method of producing high quality value for money signs, notices and labels. It comes into it’s own when producing large quantities and multi-colour fine detail work.
Installation & Maintenance
We are not only judged by the imagination and excellence of our signs but also by the professional approach to installation and maintenace. It is all part of the exceptional Saltwell Signs service.Some of the structures we create are complex and you need to feel secure in the knowledge that they will be totally safe. Our crews are fully trained in mobile platforms, manual handling, risk assessment and other H&S aspects.
