Delivery
Orders received before 2 pm are dispatched that day. We aim to have your order with you by the next day, but in some cases, unexpected delays do occur for which we will do everything in our power to avoid. All orders are accepted subject to our standard terms & conditions of sale, but we have the right to refuse any order.
Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days from delivery. You must notify us by phone of your intention to cancel within 7 days from delivery. After notification we will issue you with a returns notification number that you must quote on the paperwork when returning the goods.
Goods must be returned exactly as they were received, as new and saleable with all the correct packaging undamaged.
Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 14 days from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 14 days.
Goods returned in a new condition with all the correct packaging but with items missing will be refunded the full invoice price, less the cost of the missing items.
Returns Procedure
Please email returns@saltwellsigns.co.uk or telephone 0191 482 5555 stating the reason for return. You will then be issued with a returns number which must be quoted on the paperwork or package you send back to us. Delivery charges are at your expense. You will be refunded the full amount less the original delivery charge.
Please make sure you have either a certificate of posting (free from any post office) or send the order back recorded delivery. We accept no responsibility for items lost in the post that have been returned to us.
