Terms & Conditions
All orders are accepted subject to our standard terms & conditions of sale but we have the right to refuse any order.
VAT
All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.
Payment
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is due at the time of order. Where the seller has agreed an account facility with the buyer, our payment terms are Net 30 days monthly. Late payment may result in legal action for recovery of the invoice amount plus any interest and/or costs incurred by us.
All products will be supplied to conform with current legislation. We reserve the right to amend without prior notice. All sizes shown are nominal.
Postage and Packing
Refunds Policy
Refunds will be given for items that meet the following criteria:
- For goods incorrectly supplied or delivered defective (valid for 7 working days from receipt of goods)
- For unwanted goods (valid for 7 working days from receipt of goods)
- For faulty goods under warranty (validity depends upon goods in question, please verify first)
